We will arrange for final/closing accounts from the local council and utility providers – please note that whilst notification to the council and utilities will be dealt with promptly, closing accounts may take over 4 weeks to be presented. We are unable to arrange closing accounts for landlines and media services – you should be sure to contact your providers prior to letting your property (landlines serving monitored alarms should be suspended – NOT closed. This will allow tenants to take up monitoring services should they choose)
